These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Summerland Bank platform. By creating an account you agree to these Terms. This is placeholder content for a demonstration platform and should be replaced with counsel-reviewed language before any production use.
Summerland Bank provides a personal savings wallet and member-to-member transfer service. This is a demonstration platform: all balances are simulated and no real money is deposited, held or transferred.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Transfers between members settle instantly and cannot be reversed once confirmed. Always verify the recipient's name on the confirmation screen before approving a transfer. Transfers are subject to the platform minimum and maximum amounts displayed at the time of transfer.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to access other members' accounts, to probe or disrupt the service, or to misrepresent your identity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or presents a security risk. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
The platform is provided "as is" for demonstration purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summerland Bank is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
